Schultz is a growing, well-established heavy civil contractor based in NY, specializing in water and wastewater treatment facilities, structural concrete, development infrastructure, utility work, site, and highway work.
We are currently seeking hard-working, dependable Foremen to join our team. As the key point of contact between workers and supervisors, you will play a critical role in bringing engineering plans to life through solid, high-quality construction. If you thrive on managing details with precision, leading teams, and delivering safe, efficient work — this is the opportunity for you!
Full-time Sitework, Pipefitter, and Concrete Foremen with proven experience in:
Supervising and managing construction crews
Ensuring work is performed to company and industry standards
Communicating plans and production goals to crews and clients
Enforcing safety and maintenance procedures — We offer the SAFEST work environment around
Tracking expenses and maintaining accurate records
Scheduling work and confirming crew hours
Preparing job sites and seeing them through to completion
Maintaining a clean and organized worksite
Completing required paperwork and job-related documentation
Interacting professionally with clients to ensure satisfaction
Requirements:In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines
Familiarity with electrical and hydraulic systems
Ability to read and communicate plans, drawings, and blueprints
Comfortable working in various weather conditions
