Job Title: SAP SD/OTC Functional Lead
Summary
The SAP OTC Functional Lead will provide hands-on functional design leadership within the SAP COE, focusing on SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash processes. This role will partner with business (sales, distribution, warranty, operations), AMS teams, and other SAP functional leads to ensure smooth design, implementation, and support of SAP OTC solutions. The position requires strong SAP SD and FI-AR integration knowledge, with leadership responsibility in solution architecture, WRICEF design, and business process mapping.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into SAP OTC solutions.
- Design, configure, and implement SAP S/4HANA OTC processes, ensuring integration with SD, FI, and other modules.
- Provide post-go-live support, defect resolution, and enhancements.
- Lead functional design for WRICEFs in Sales & Distribution.
- Collaborate with AMS, BASIS, Security, and Development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Support FI-AR integration, account determination procedures, and payment handling.
- Research and apply SAP OSS notes, patches, and releases.
- Act as a subject matter expert in OTC, including warranty processes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide excellent customer service.
- Contribute to organizational change management related to SAP adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 12+ years of relevant SAP experience.
- 8+ years of SAP OTC configuration and functional design experience.
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementations and post-go-live support.
- Deep knowledge of SD, FI-AR integration, IDoc configuration, and processing.
- Proven ability to prepare process and functional design documents.
- Strong acumen for standardization and leveraging out-of-the-box SAP functionality.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage complexity, prioritize tasks, and deliver results under pressure.
